This contract notice follows an open call for tenders (Notice of public call for competition published in Boamp/Joue on 09/02/2023 under reference no. 22-159927 and amended notice no. 23-37550 published in Boamp/Joue on 23/03/2023) declared without further action for lot no. 16. The contract is a contract with tranches pursuant to Articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Order Code. Lot 16 is accompanied by one or more optional tranche(s), the contents of which are described in the CCTP relating to this lot. The overall execution time of the work is 14 months including 2 months of preparation. The deadlines for the completion of the optional tranches are integrated into the overall execution time of the works.
