Interested parties are hereby invited to submit an application for quotation in the procurement Property system (local company)
with DNR 2023-00061 based on the contracting authority's (MFA) need for system support for premises and property management.
The procurement is carried out as a negotiated procedure with prior publication of a notice.

The procurement is carried out in accordance with the rules on negotiated procedure with prior publication in accordance with Chapter 6. in the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145).
According to this procedure, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs has the possibility, but not the obligation, to negotiate with the tenderers in Stage 2 and it is therefore important that all requirements and conditions are complied with in the tender documents for both Stage 1 and Stage 2.
Full or split procurement
The request to participate must be submitted for the entire procurement, i.e. only the full tender application (stage 1) and the full tender (stage 2) are accepted.
Variants
Requests to participate or tenders with alternative designs will not be considered.
Q&A
Questions that arise during step 1, the application period, are asked using the Q&A function in TendSign. Only published clarifications, additions and answers in TendSign, submitted by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, are to be seen as valid clarifications of the tender document.
The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is obliged to answer the questions no later than six (6) days before the application deadline. In order for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs to be able to process and answer the questions within this time limit, the questions must have been received in good time. The questions should preferably be received ten (10) days before the application deadline.
Leverantörspresentation
Candidates who qualify, are selected and receive the invitation to tender will be given the opportunity to present themselves and their tender in stage 2 in connection with the evaluation.
