The subject of the contract is the execution and delivery to the headquarters of the Ordering Party - NCBJ Radioisotope Center POLATOM - lead shielding containers of the following types:

P-5, P-10, P-20, P-20 SR, P-30, P-40, P-50, P-32KN, BUSHINGS, P-60, P-15KN, P-25KN, SPEC-50 within 12 months of signing the contract intended for radioactive products of the Ordering Party. Delivered containers must meet the requirements set out in the Technical Documentation of the containers contained in Annex A to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that the OT3 lead, from which the containers will be produced, has a quality certificate (attestation) issued by the lead manufacturer. Detailed requirements for the delivery and execution of individual types of containers are included in Appendix No. 1 Important provisions of the contract to be met by the Contractor. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the subject of the contract in terms of material and quantity by no more than 40% (applies to each part). In the event of non-use of the amount of the Agreement, the Contractor is not entitled.

Containers type P-5 in the amount of 1500 pcs.

Containers type P-60 in the amount of 2000 pcs.

Containers type P-15KN in the amount of 13000 pcs.

Containers type P-25KN in the amount of 22000 pcs.

CONTAINERS type SPEC-50 in the amount of 6000 pcs.

Containers type P-10 in the amount of 1000 pcs.

Containers type P-20 in the amount of 600 pcs.

Containers type P-20 SR in the amount of 1500 pcs.

Containers type P-30 in the amount of 6000 pcs.

Containers type P-40 in the amount of 500 pcs.

Containers type P-50 in the amount of 600 pcs.

Containers type P-32KN in the amount of 15000 pcs.

Bushings in the amount of 3500 pcs.
