The Parliamentary Ombudsman shall enter into a contract for cleaning services for the entity's premises. In addition the contract shall also include the premises of Norway's National Institution for Human Rights, hereafter called NIM.

The main aim of the contract is that the cleaning shall maintain a good indoor climate in the best possible way.

The contract is for cleaning services as described in Annex 3 — Requirement Specifications.

The Parliamentary Ombudsman will sign a contract with a tenderer for the entire contract. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the delivery being provided by sub-suppliers. There shall, however, not be more than one link in the sub-supplier chain for the execution of the cleaning services.
