The Motor Authority provides a four-year framework agreement for the adaptation, storage and supply of self-adhesive sheets of foil for motor vehicle test marks. The framework agreement is awarded to one supplier. * The Motor Authority will be referred to in the procurement notice “Contracting Orders”.

Contracting entities may, in accordance with applicable rules, hand over test marks (self-adhesive sheet of foil) to natural and legal persons. Test marks are used on vehicles for temporary and occasional driving in the areas of traffic law.

The rules for the use of the test marks are set out in the “Order of the Vehicle Registration Act” (Vehicle Registration Act).

The self-adhesive sheets of foil should be supplied in two (2) sizes, respectively A4 format (297*210 mm) and A5 format (210*148 mm).

The self-adhesive sheets of foil should not be supplied with print, but alone with a safety mark, as well as a running number. Detailed elaboration of this is set out in Annex 1 of the Procurement Material Specification.
