Essentially, the object is covered by the following works:

Completely renovation of the facade and stairwell. Replacement of windows, window doors and a balcony and loft aisle railings. Also changing apartment doors and gates to stairwells.

Apartments are provided with separate to- and disengaged systems with

heat recovery of the type FTX. Existing exhaust air system is being rebuilt and serves public areas in the houses.

Separate channels for kitchen fans out on outer ceilings.

In total, there are 11 houses and 120 apartments exl. public areas.

The outside environment is provided with new drainage and stormwater pipelines.

As well as completely redesigned farms, new thoroughfares, new plantings as well as new play and patios for apartments.
