Tuomi Logistiikka Oy will contest the mandate of public transport services to the Teisko region of Tampere City. This is competition above the EU threshold under the Specific Spheres Procurement Act. The acquisition concerns the competition of item K63. Lines 90—94 are included in K63. The contract is entered into for four (4) years, and the contract may be extended for two separate (1+1) option years. Details of the call for tender and its attachments are provided.

The invitation to tender allows for joint tenders to be submitted to Nysse and Tuomi Logistiikka Oy and separate tenders to Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (school transport, service transport) and Nysse destinations. A separate offer may be lodged at one (1) or more separate offering items. The bidder may also submit an offer to a joint offer and to one (1) or more separate offers. The offer comparison is carried out in such a way that both destinations of Tuomi Logistiikka Oy and Nysse are compared separately. The winner in the bidding process will be the most economically economically advantageous bid for Nysse traffic and the most economically economically advantageous bid for Tuomi Logistiikka Oy in terms of Tuomi traffic. The target has lines: 90, 90X, 91, 92, 93 and 94. It is the lines to be run in the Teisko district of Tampere. The vehicle requirement is Euro VI, further details can be seen in the call for tender and its annexes.
