Aalborg Forsyning and Aalborg Municipality offer 3 framework agreements: A, B and C. RAM A contains 11 sub-agreements and RAM B and C each contain 3 sub-agreements. The sub-agreements include a number of consultancy services within the sewer and water supply.

RAM A and B tasks that include both sewerage and water supply. RAM C tasks that include exclusively water supply. On RAM A and C, assignments are assigned directly to one advisor and on RAM B assignments are assigned to multiple advisers. RAM A and B are offered in a separate contract notice pursuant to the Tender Law.

The calculation of the estimated value of the framework agreements in point II.1.5) constitutes an estimate for the entire contract period, including an option, and is therefore subject to some uncertainty.

It should be noted that the builder does not have a takedown on the framework agreements.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to sewerage and water systems of a builder's advisory nature. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to planning tasks within the wastewater area to the water division's planning department at Aalborg Supply. The sub-agreement includes planning tasks of a general and specific nature. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

This sub-agreement includes advisory services related to the municipality of Aalborg, the Environment and Energy Administration's tasks and work with the municipal waste water plan, which is prepared in accordance with section 32. of the Environmental Protection Act, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier

This sub-contract includes consultancy services related to water and sewerage planning in Aalborg midby and Nørresundby midbyby for renovation and separate sewerage projects as well as for sewerage systems also projects for construction works. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, see Appendix B1.

The client intends to enter into a partial agreement with three advisers.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to the design of water and sewerage systems in building development areas as well as cottage areas throughout the municipality for renovation and separate sewerage projects as well as for sewerage systems also projects for construction works. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, see Appendix B1.

The client intends to enter into a partial agreement with four advisers.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to the design, tendering, supervision and implementation of projects with no direct impact on purification rates and security of supply in wastewater treatment plants. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, see Appendix B1.

The client intends to enter into a partial agreement with three advisers.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to water and sewer planning in Aalborg Municipality south of the Limfjord, but excl. Aalborg midtown. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

A tenderer cannot be awarded to both Part A2 and A3.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to water and sewer planning in the municipality of Aalborg north of the Limfjord, excl. Nørresundby town center. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

A tenderer cannot be awarded to both Part A2 and A3.

A tenderer cannot be awarded to both Part A4 and A3.

This sub-agreement includes consulting services related to wastewater treatment and resource utilization, where new initiatives are developed and planned for operation, optimization, renewal and new plants. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

A tenderer cannot be awarded to both Part A4 and A3.

This sub-contract includes consultancy duties related to plant design, tendering, supervision and implementation of projects with direct impact on wastewater treatment and security of supply in connection with wastewater treatment and utilization of resources. The consultancy services will also include projects involving the development and implementation of new processes and technology. The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to environmental and regulatory matters at sewage treatment plants. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to digitalisation and IT for the water division's distribution department at Aalborg Forsyning, ie. in distribution of water and sewerage supply. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

A tenderer cannot be awarded to both Part A7 and A8.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to digitalisation and IT to the water division's production department at Aalborg Forsyning, ie. in the production of water and sewer supply. For a further description of the content of the sub-agreement, refer to Appendix A1.

The client intends to enter into the sub-contract with one supplier.

A tenderer cannot be awarded to both Part A7 and A8.

This sub-agreement includes consultancy services related to engineering, architecture and design, including consulting on landscape architecture, designing and designing of buildings, buildings and pumping stations. In addition, the Part Agreement includes maintenance of the design line for architecture and design at the treatment plants.
