It is a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with subsequent contracts in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 1111-1, L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2, R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-12 of the public order code. The framework agreement will allow awarding the winners to compete through a subsequent contract. Subsequent contracts are awarded and awarded under the conditions defined in the Special Conditions (CCP). The framework agreement is concluded without any minimum or maximum, both in value and in quantity over its total duration.
