Global works performance contract for the construction of two identical buildings of 15 dwellings each in the municipality of Belfort

Global performance contract awarded following a competitive dialogue procedure for the construction of two identical buildings of 15 dwellings each.

Two buildings of 15 dwellings each will be constructed. A "demonstrator" building will be equipped with a hydrogen production, storage and use system. This production system will be the result of an innovation partnership currently under consultation on the storage and restitution of energy via the hydrogen vector for the energy autonomy of the building.

A second "witness" building, identical to the first but without integrating the innovative system, will be built in the same place. Both will be equipped with metrology to conduct comparative studies on their operation. The objective of this demonstrator is to build a building aimed at energy autonomy.
