Description:
Transport of students to schools in the municipality of Sława in 2023

1. The subject of the contract is the service of transporting students to schools in the municipality of Sława in 2023.

2. In accordance with Article 91(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders divided into 8 parts:

- part 1 of the order – "Route No. 1 – vehicle for 70 people",

- part 2 of the order – "Route No. 2 – vehicle for 76 people"

- part 3 of the order – "Route no. 3 – vehicle for 6 people"

- part 4 of the order – "Route no. 4 – vehicle for 55 people"

- part 5 of the order – "Route no. 5 – vehicle for 6 people"

- part 6 of the order – "Route no. 6 – vehicle for 60 people"

- part 7 of the order – "Route no. 7 – vehicle for 55 persons"

Route No. 1 – vehicle for 70 people

The material scope includes, in particular:

1. In the morning

a. Spokojna-Łupice-Bagno-Ciosaniec - 14 km

b. Droniki-Ciosaniec - 3 km

c. Szreniawa-Ciosaniec - 4 km

d. Łupice-Ciosaniec (x3 trips a week) - 7 km x 3 = 21 km

2. In the afternoon:

a. Ciosaniec-Droniki (x2 trips per day) - 3 km x 2 = 6 km

b. Ciosaniec-Szreniawa-Bagno-Łupice-Spokojna (x3 trips per day - 18 km x 2 = 36 km

c. Drop-off of students after extracurricular activities

Ciosaniec-Droniki-Ciosaniec-Szreniawa-Ciosaniec-Łupice-Spokojna (x2 courses per week) 21 km x 2 = 42 km

Total route with students – up to 84 km + 42 km 2 x per week. = 126 km per day

The order will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 919, as amended), the provisions of the Act of 15 November 1984. Transport law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 8),

- Transport of students to schools will take place only on school days

(in particular excluding holidays, winter holidays, Christmas break – Christmas, New Year, Easter) in accordance with the timetable, which will be delivered to the Contractor within 7 days before the date of commencement of deliveries,

- Delivery of students outside the days specified in paragraph a) may take place in justified cases and at the express request of the Ordering Party,

- Expected transport times: from 6:30 to 16:00 with a break for the duration of students' classes,

- The contractor is obliged, in the event of a bus breakdown, to provide a replacement vehicle on its own and at its own expense. The maximum replacement bus substitution time must not exceed 50 minutes. (shortening the time of substitution of a replacement vehicle is a criterion for the evaluation of tenders).

- Care for students during transport is provided by the Ordering Party.

- The daily mileage limit may change in the case of additional courses ordered by the Ordering Party at the request of the School Principal.

For additional courses, the same rate per 1 km applies as for school transport.

- The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel a given course due to justified circumstances, in particular a change in the lesson plan. The Contractor shall be notified of this fact by the Director at least one hour before the start of the course in question.

- During the term of this agreement, it is possible to change the timetable during the school year, if it is dictated by changes in the organization of the work of schools / educational institutions (m.in shortening classes, introducing additional classes, organizing classes on Saturday in exchange for another day of the week).

The Director shall inform the Contractor and the Ordering Party about the planned changes at least three days in advance.

- Access to the initial stop, journeys between courses (journeys without children) and return after the end of the delivery to the Contractor's headquarters will not be paid by the Ordering Party.

- The Contractor is obliged to provide transport services in the form of closed routes, i.e. the Contractor may not, without the prior consent of the Ordering Party, transport other persons not covered by contracts concluded with the Ordering Party.

- Within the scope of the free seats on the bus held by the Contractor, the Ordering Party may authorize persons who can travel with students and other persons to use.

The method of execution of the contract is specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ (Draft Contract).

Route No. 2 – vehicle for 76 people

The material scope includes, in particular:

1. In the morning:

a. Śmieszkowo-Wróblów-Sława-Sława Happy House - 10 km

b. Lipinki – Sława – Kindergarten - 7 km

2. In the afternoon:

a. Kindergarten - Sława Happy House - Sława -Wróblów-Śmieszkowo -2 courses per day x 10 km = 20 km

b. Sława-Lipinki – 2 trips per day x 7 km = 14 km

Total route with students – up to 51 km per day

The order will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 919, as amended), the provisions of the Act of 15 November 1984. Transport law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 8),

- Transport of students to schools will take place only on school days

(in particular excluding holidays, winter holidays, Christmas break – Christmas, New Year, Easter) in accordance with the timetable, which will be delivered to the Contractor within 7 days before the date of commencement of deliveries,

- Delivery of students outside the days specified in paragraph a) may take place in justified cases and at the express request of the Ordering Party,

The material scope includes, in particular:

1. In the morning:

Kamienna - Radzyń ul. Juwisza - Jutrzenka -Sława - 20 km

2. In the afternoon:

Sława – Jutrzenka – Radzyń ul.

Including the route with students – up to 40 km per day

The order will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 919, as amended), the provisions of the Act of 15 November 1984. Transport law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 8),

- Transport of students to schools will take place only on school days

a. Gola-Lubogoszcz- Sława - Kindergarten – 7 km

Nad Stawami - Sława Happy House- Sława - Kindergarten - 9 km

2. In the afternoon:

a. Kindergarten – Sława – Lubogoszcz – Gola – 2 courses per day – 14 km

b. Kindergarten - Sława - Sława Happy House- Radzyń ul. Nad Stawami - 2 courses per day - 18 km

Total route with students – up to 48 km per day

The order will be carried out in accordance with Polish law, in particular with the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 919, as amended), the provisions of the Act of 15 November 1984. Transport law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 8),

- Transport of students to schools will take place only on school days

Total route with students – up to 22 km per day

Total route with students – up to 42 km per day
