Suffolk Coastal District Council is seeking to engage a Strategic Leisure Development Partner in respect of it's future leisure development programme which will cover the development of various leisure facilities across the Suffolk Coastal District Council area. It is the intention that other Contracting Authorities namely Great Yarmouth Borough Council, North Norfolk District Council, Bolsover District Council and North East Derbyshire District Council may in the future wish to utilise this contract, subject to the Contracting Authority's agreement, if any contract awarded. Note that no services are guaranteed for this contract (if any contract awarded). Bidders need to be aware that any fee earnings will be based through agreed projects (if any) as set out in Appendix O2 The Project Agreement.
