The objective of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's ongoing need for telephony services with associated services/functionalities. This contract will not include landline telephony and facsimile.

The contracting authority is facing major changes in both the technical system of its communication platform, and by users' working day being more mobile. The contracting authority will use this procurement to choose systems, products, and technologies that will give the contracting authority a modern, digital communication platform that will cover the users and entities' needs in the next 4 years (as well as any option years).
