Provision of services in visitor service with a high degree of personal responsibility in the fulfilment of the following areas of responsibility,

- Coordination with the SKD as well as support in the development of concepts to ensure a high level of supervision (administration)

- Correspondence, accounting (back office).

- Ensuring a central point of contact for telephone and written customer contact (call center)

- Promotion of the sale of SKD products (tickets, guided tours, etc.) via call center, webshop, visitor center Art & Info, etc. (distribution)

- Support in the conception and planning of guided tours, provision and disposition of guides (management of guides and art mediators)

- Occupation of the visitor center Art & Info

- Organization and accompaniment of events (event accompaniment)
