the purpose of this contract is to provide services on behalf of the Syndicat Mixte de Valorisation des Déchets des Pays de Rance et de la Baie (Smprb) relating to the following elements:

 Storage of household waste (Om) for the eastern territory of Smictom VALCOBREIZH (ex Smictom des Forêts and Smictom Ille et Rance). The transfer site must be located at a reasonable distance from Saint-Aubin d'Aubigné in view of the transport costs that this entails for the contracting authority,

 reloading of these Om,

 Transport of these MOs to the Taden waste treatment site.

Taden's treatment site includes an energy recovery centre, under the project management of the contracting authority, the SMPRB, and managed by a public service delegation whose delegate is Idex Environnement Bretagne.
