Overall performance market — contract for operation of heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and air conditioning installations + P5 works.

This contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of four objectives: the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment described in the annex to the CCTP, the provision of thermal comfort to tenants, the search for energy savings and compliance with consumption targets, the maintenance of the safety conditions imposed by the various regulations in all installations covered by this operating market. The contract will start on 29.9.2021 and will expire on 30.6.2026.
