The client wants to establish a further recycling site in Helsingør in addition to the recycling site located at Skibstrup Waste Center in Ålsgårde.

The contracting entity has gathered several of its activities at Energivej in Helsingør, and at the same time acquired land for the purpose of establishing a recycling site at Energivej 6, 3000 Helsingør.

The recycling site comprises an area of approx. 11 300 m 2 and with total building area of approx. 530 m 2 . The buildings on the site include crew building, direct recycling building, hazardous waste building (OKA), electronics waste (EE) and an available space.

In April 2019 it was decided to realize the project with the new recycling site. In this connection, the project was also decided to be realized through a total contract offering.
