The subject of the Order is:
a) collection and management of municipal waste, shown in Table No. 1 of the OPZ, arising and collected from residential real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Węgrów
b) collection and management of municipal waste delivered to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point by the owners of inhabited real estate,
(c) achieving the levels set out in Article 3b of the Law on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities of 13 September 1996. (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297) and the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 3 August 2021 on the methods of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530) and the achievement of the levels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill and the method of calculating the level of reduction
