A framework agreement shall be signed with one — 1 — tenderer for the procurement of polyaluminium chloride for chemically treating sewage water at Bekkelaget treatment facility.

Call-offs will be made by VAV, or the company that has currently a contract with VAV for the management of Bekkelaget treatment facility.
