EHDC requires a suitably qualified organisation to deliver the Strategic Access Management and Monitoring (SAMM) measures associated with the delivery of Prince Phillip Park in Whitehill & Bordon for an interim period of 3 years and 2 months (38 months in total). The desired outcome is to mitigate any likely impacts of increased recreational pressure on the SPA and SAC protected sites by encouraging residents and visitors to use the SANGs and other greenspaces in the town and, if this is not possible, by influencing behaviour to ensure responsible and suitable public use of the protected sites.
