Barcelona City Council is developing a set of services aimed at enhancing the educational use of time outside school hours. In this regard, the Open to Neighborhood School Courtyards program promotes the opening of courtyards in public schools as educational spaces for meeting and educational revitalization of neighborhoods, promoting the involvement of the socio-educational network of the neighborhoods.
To achieve the development of these services, the Department of Education of the Department of Culture, Education, Science and Community of Barcelona City Council needs support to manage the School Courtyards Open to the Neighborhood programme in order to achieve the following objectives:
- Optimize the use of schools.
- To offer a leisure alternative to children, young people and their families, in a safe and close context.
- Coordinate the actions of this program with the municipal strategic projects related to the Public Space Game Plan.

The purpose of this contract is the management of 64 Schoolyards Open to the Neighborhood during weekends and during the school holiday period.
