A consultation was launched in 2019 by Cabbalr for the construction of a regional martial arts center in 17 lots. The establishment will be type X - indoor sports, with exceptional occupancy during type L shows (1 to 3 times / year).

The project is designed on three levels:

— Ground floor: entrance hall, Club House, management offices, sanitary, refreshment room, 2 309 seats bleachers,

— R-1: combat area (twelve carpets — 8×8), a warm-up room, relaxation activities, anti-doping room, changing rooms, physiotherapy weighed, club offices, logistics and technical premises,

- R + 1: control room, technical rooms.

Two lots were declared unfolded: lot 14b seats stands and lot 14c judo carpet. The present consultation therefore concerns the relaunch of these two lots.

Form of market: ordinary. Award of a contract for each lot.
