1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of computers with software, monitors, portable computers and access points for the Nicolaus Copernicus Regional Multi-Specialist Centre of Oncology and Traumatology in Łódź.

2. The material scope is specified in terms of quantity and assortment and described in Annex 2 to the SWZ "List of technical parameters, warranty conditions"

3. The subject of the order has been divided into parts and includes 3 packages. The subject of the contract consists of:

Package 1 – Computer kit with software, computer monitor

Package 2 – Laptop

Package 3 – AP Access Point

4. An offer may be placed for all or selected packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be made for all items. The contracting authority does not allow submission of offers for individual items as part of packages

Package 1 – Computer set with software, computer monitor – specified in terms of quantity and assortment and described in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference "Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions"

Package 2 – Portable computer – specified in terms of quantity and assortment and described in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Use "Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions"

Package 3 – AP access point – specified in terms of quantity and assortment and described in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Use "Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions"
