supply the services of the Commune and the Communal Centre for Social Action (Ccas) of Saint-Avé with cleaning products, household items (lot 1) and hygiene and wiping products (lot 2). The consultation is carried out within the framework of the group of orders formed between the Commune and the CCAS in application of the provisions of articles L.2113-6 and following of the Public Order Code. The Commune, as coordinator of the group, is in charge of the consultation procedure. At the end of the consultation procedure, the authorized representatives of the Commune and the CCAS will sign the framework agreements that concern them according to their needs with the common economic operators selected. The estimated value of the contract given in II.1.5) below corresponds to the maximum amount of framework agreements over the total duration of 4 years. The minimum and maximum annual amounts are indicated in the commitments for each of the two lots and in section II.2
