The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist development, secondary use of forest, seed production, hunting management, nursery, meadow and agricultural management, trees, to be carried out in the Olecko Forest District in 2023.

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist development, incidental use of forest, seed production, hunting management, nursery, meadow and agricultural management, trees, to be carried out in the Olecko Forest District Jucha Precinct (forestry: Wronki, Wilczewo, Krzywy Róg) in 2023.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist management, secondary use of the forest, seed production, hunting management, nursery, meadow and agricultural management, trees resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations,

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting,

Attachment No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry,

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood,

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – a list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding,

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition,

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential),

Attachment No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds),

Attachment No. 2.4.2. - a list of items not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter,

Attachment No. 2.4.3.- list of items of the expected harvest of cones and seeds

(3) The material ranges listed in the Annexes included in the Annexes are estimates.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are set out in Decision 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions, Decision No. 11/2022 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Białystok of 29 June 2022 on the introduction of Regional Description of the ForestRy Technology Standard. A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract specified in these decisions is the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ (Description of Forestry Works Technology).

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the terms set out in the contract.
