Framework agreement is signed with one (1) Supplier.
It is for Mr L. to ascertain, before indicating the tender, the location and appearance of the work area, the working conditions and the means of access so that Mr L is fully acquainted with the factors, conditions and circumstances which may affect the operation and costs of the service.
The framework agreement does not cover services included in B's separately procured contracts, projects or framework agreements.
