The framework contract covers the provision of legal advice, issued by a team of lawyers, to staff currently working at, and/or retired from, European institutions and agencies located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and to their family members living under the same roof for legal matters, through:

— scheduled individual consultations,

— drawing up preparatory or summary documents to be distributed among staff, including via publication on the intranet and/or in the in-house newsletter of the institutions. The documents produced will remain the property of the institutions,

— scheduled collective briefings/presentations/conferences,

— interventions during their staff meetings.
