CPC intend to put a framework agreement in place with suitable manufactures and resellers which will offer additional benefits through a collaborative and innovative partnerships with our members. The framework agreements is to cover a range of cabling services including the supply, installation, faults, rectification and testing of various network cabling and communication cabinets as well as provide a range of associated equipment and services. This is not limited to the above: maintenance, training and support maybe required.
It is a requirement of the Tender that the selected supplier(s) extend the terms to all eligible Institutions and Consortia, as defined by the CPC including further education colleges/institutions, universities, sixth forms, academies, schools, museums and other similar organisations.
The tender is also available for Higher Education institutions via our colleagues in other Consortia. As per our joint contracting programme other bodies that could potentially be interested in accessing the agreement include NWUPC (North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium). CPC reserves the right during the period of this agreement to make additions to or subtractions from the list of participating Institutions and Consortia.
Current and future members of the CPC are from the education sector, the majority of whom will be on the open access EduBase public portal:

The framework has been established for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 year period.
Members have the right to utilise e-auctions during the further competition / call-off stage of supplier selection.
CPC reserves the right during the period of this agreement to make additions to or subtractions from the list of participating Institutions and Consortia. The right is also reserved to negotiate the inclusion of other users who are outside the main scope of this Framework Agreement.
