Project services for the development of RAI multimedia information systems, to be carried out according to the procedures and terms detailed in the project, divided into the following lots:

— lot 1 — System services,

— Lot 2 — Application services,

— lot 3 — Development of advanced software systems.

Pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, Rai reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract.

Systemistic services for the provision of the following services:

— creation of new software systems/applications,

— evolution and/or adaptation of existing systems/applications,

— execution of specialized activities: installation and/or configuration of systems/applications; consultancy, analysis and support to the training of users following the release into operation of new applications and/or development of existing applications; implementation of feasibility studies, detailed analysis and prototypes development

Application services for the provision of the following services:

— creation of new software systems/applications,

— evolution and/or adaptation of existing systems/applications,

— execution of specialized activities: installation and/or configuration of systems/applications; consultancy, analysis and support to the training of users following the release into operation of new applications and/or development of existing applications; implementation of feasibility studies, detailed analysis and prototypes development

— creation of new software systems/applications,

— evolution and/or adaptation of existing systems/applications,

— execution of specialized activities: installation and/or configuration of systems/applications; consultancy, analysis and support to the training of users following the release into operation of new applications and/or development of existing applications; implementation of feasibility studies, detailed analysis and prototypes development
