1. The subject of the contract is the identification of development niches and areas of research and development activities (R+D) and the analysis of the activity and achievements of enterprises and scientific units of Lower Silesia in the period 2011-2022 using a bibliometric survey for the purpose of implementing smart specializations of Lower Silesia.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation were specified by the Contracting Authority in the draft contract constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ.
