Framework agreement, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree. 50/2016, concerning the assignment to a single economic operator of ordinary building maintenance services, mainly emergency and small, as well as any extraordinary maintenance activities, to be carried out at the Civic Museums System, the Tourist Info Points, the Playrooms, the offices of libraries and cultural centers pertaining to the Istituzione Biblioteche di Roma and at other spaces managed by Zètema located in the territory of Rome Capital and Province, as per specifications, amounts and timing indicated in the Specifications. This framework agreement concerns building maintenance interventions in emergency and limited extension, generally non-programmable and characterized by urgency, which concern the repair, renewal and replacement of finishes, through interventions that substantially translate into maintaining the physical state and efficiency of the pre-existing elements.
Among the services covered by the framework agreement, activities qualified as maintenance work may also be envisaged, albeit of a residual nature, according to what is defined in Annex I of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
The services must be carried out, at the request of Zètema, during the period of validity of the assignment, up to the maximum amount of expenditure expected.
The estimated value of the framework agreement, excluding VAT, is broken down as follows:
- Euro 468,750.00 net of security charges of Euro 26,776.50 for the contract term presumably from July 2023 until 31/12/2023;
- Euro 468,750.00 net of security charges of Euro 26,776.50 for the period of possible contract renewal of a further 6 months;
- Euro 468,750.00 net of security charges of Euro 26,776.50 any technical extension for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures aimed at identifying a new contractor and in any case for a presumed duration of a maximum of a further 6 (six) months.
The contract shall include the supply of all tools, means and materials to be used in maintenance activities, as well as the labour necessary for its implementation. The contract also provides for the landfill of the resulting material in accordance with the provisions of current legislation.
