Flooring Supply and Installation. Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) manage 25,000 properties in the North West and South Yorkshire. This preferred supplier list for supply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds across its portfolio. The contract is split into four regional Lots across the North West and South Yorkshire, and a Supply only Lot (sheet flooring and associated materials) for delivery to a single point in Trafford, Greater Manchester. South Supply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds in the South region (covers South Greater Manchester (Salford, Manchester, Trafford, Tameside & Stockport); Cheshire & High Peak) Central Supply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds in the Central region (covers North Greater Manchester includes Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Oldham, Wigan & North West Salford). North Supply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds in the North region (covers Lancashire including Blackpool, Blackburn & Preston). East Supply and installation of carpet and sheet flooring to tenanted and void properties, including communal areas and new builds in the East region (covers North East Derbyshire and South Yorkshire: Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley) Supply only Supply of vinyl tile, sheet and safety flooring and associated materials to Trafford, Greater Manchester.
