In the course of the general renovation and expansion of the primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen on Hammerschmiedweg, the city of Wolfratshausen intends to award the contract for roof work in the first construction phase, which includes the following services:
• Roof waterproofing and insulation work BT 3+6:
- 330m² flat roof BT3, insulation, non-slope
- 850m² gable roof BT6, insulation
- 330m² flat roof BT3, 2-layer waterproofing bituminous
- 850m² gable roof BT6, waterproof sub-roof, 2 ply bituminous
• Dachdeckarbeiten:
320m² flat roof BT3, retention roof
• Tile roofing: 850m² covering with smooth tiles, formation ridge, walkway, eaves
• Klempnerarbeiten:
- 72m Hängedachrinne
- 100m Regenfallrohre
- 39m² Stehfalzdeckung Aufzugsüberfahrt
• Landscaping construction services for green roofs: 190m² extensive greening
The primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen has to be expanded due to the increasing number of pupils forecast for the next few years. However, since further buildable areas are only conditionally available on the property, a large part of the existing buildings are to be demolished in order to enable densification. The existing buildings to be maintained will be renovated and restructured.
The extended primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen is divided into the following components (BT):
- BT 1 subject classes (existing buildings)
- BT 2 Administration (existing buildings)
- BT 3 Access hall (new building)
- BT 4 Middle School (new building)
- BT 5 Aula (existing building)
- BT 6 primary school (new building)
Since the conversion and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen takes place during ongoing operation, it is necessary to implement the construction measures in three consecutive construction phases (BA).
The construction phases are divided as follows:
BA 1: New construction of component BT3 access hall and new construction of component BT6 primary school
BA 2: Demolition of the old primary school, new building component BT4 middle school, renovation of component BT5 auditorium, as well as redesign of playground 1
BA 3: Renovation of component BT1 specialist classes and component BT2 administration, as well as redesign of playground 2
