VTT is looking for to purchase equipment for the analysis of bioreactor exhaust gases from up to 60 parallel bioreactors. The requirement is to be able to analyse carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, ethanol and 2 additional volatile analytes based on the process in question assuming that the molar mass of the analytes is below 150 g/mol. In addition, the requirement is to analyse the 7 species from the 60 bioreactors within 60 minutes cycle time continuously. Furthermore, repeatability of carbon dioxide and oxygen measurements should be equal or better than 0.005 % mol over 16 hour cycles without re-calibration.
