This contract covers a complete mission of project author (feasibility studies, preliminary project, application file for planning permission with impact report and execution study), and option of monitoring the execution and assistance to the contracting authority for the redevelopment and requalification of the public space of Bd Jamar / Midi following underground interventions in progress.

The mission aims to give the area of intervention all the qualities of a public space of metropolitan scope, welcoming for all audiences and for diversified uses. The mission is also exemplary in terms of accessibility for all and sustainability in the broad sense in order to ensure a quality public space in the long term.
