The contract is for the Contractor to provide water rescue services understood as ensuring the safety of people who are swimming, bathers, staying, doing sports or recreation in the water area located in the complex "Termy Maltańskie" in Poznań, located at ul. Termalna 1 (further: Complex), in particular to ensure the safety of people using swimming pools (water sports) and water attractions, and understood as carrying out rescue operations within the Complex, including providing pre-nurse assistance, by persons with appropriate professional qualifications and assigned to them responsibilities and responsibility.

1.1. Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 21.6.2012 on training in water rescue (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 747),

1.2. Act of 18.8.2011 on the safety of persons residing in water areas (uniform Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1482, as amended),

1.3. Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 23.1.2012 on minimum requirements regarding the number of lifeguards ensuring permanent control of the designated water area (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 108),

1.4. Act on State Emergency Medical Services of 8.9.2006 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 993, as amended),

1.5. Act on security of mass events of 20.3.2009 (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2018 item 1870, as amended),

1.6. Ordinance of 26.9.1997 of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy on general health and safety at work regulations (ie OJ of 2003 No. 169 item 1650),

1.7. Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of 6.3.2012 on the method of marking and securing water areas and patterns of prohibition signs, warranties and information signs and flags (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 286 with amendments),

1.8. Regulation of the Minister of the Interior on the requirements for the provision of designated water areas with rescue and auxiliary equipment, signaling and warning devices and medical equipment, medicines and sanitary ware of 27.2.2012 (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 261 with changes)

other regulations, recommendations and instructions resulting from the specific nature of the service provided and the so-called principles of good experience, practice and rescue tactics.
