The objective of this tender is to optimally meet the need for printing, copying and scanning of the contracting authority. The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal through a European tender in accordance with an open procedure. This tender must lead to uniform services, pricing, expiry date and conditions for the contracting authority. The aim is to conclude 1 contract for the contracting authority for a period of 6 years with the possibility of extension by two (2) times one (1) year.

Type 1: full color MFP at least 30 PPM A4 and A3: 26.

Type 2: full color MFP at least 50 PPM A4 and A3: 6.

Total number of machines: 32.

Total number of black-and-white prints (per year) A4: 1 900 000.

Total number of full color prints (per year) A4: 650,000.
