The purpose of this contract is to define the conditions under which the Contractor carries out maintenance and renovation services for the lifts, freight elevators and automatic pedestrian doors of the CEA Marcoule.

Corrective maintenance of lifts* including parts and labour will be fixed within the limit of a ceiling of €1000 excluding VAT, the Holder will be responsible for all technical and human resources to ensure corrective maintenance.

For interventions whose total cost exceeds €1000 excluding VAT, the CEA reserves the right to have these interventions carried out either by the Contractor or by another company put out to competition. In the first case, the Account Holder will pay €1000 excluding VAT and the CEA will only cover the amount above €1000 excluding VAT. In the second case, €1000 excl. VAT per intervention will be deducted from the Holder's monthly invoice and the receipt of the services will be done jointly by the CEA and the Holder.

Corrective maintenance of lifts* in the event of misuse or malice and corrective maintenance including parts doors and labour will be fixed within the limit of a ceiling of €500 excluding VAT, the Account Holder will be responsible for all technical and human resources to ensure corrective maintenance.

For interventions whose total cost exceeds €500 excluding VAT, the CEA reserves the right to have these interventions carried out either by the Contractor or by another company put out to competition. In the first case, the Account Holder will pay €1000 excluding VAT and the CEA will only cover the amount above €500 excluding VAT. In the second case, €500 excl. VAT per intervention will be deducted from the Holder's monthly invoice and the receipt of the services will be done jointly by the CEA and the Holder.

Corrective maintenance, malicious doors, parts and labour included, will be fixed within the limit of a ceiling of €200 excluding VAT, the Account Holder will be responsible for all technical and human resources to ensure corrective maintenance.

For interventions whose total cost exceeds €200 excluding VAT, the CEA reserves the right to have these interventions carried out either by the Contractor or by another company put out to competition. In the first case, the Account Holder will pay €200 excluding VAT and the CEA will only cover the amount above €1000 excluding VAT. In the second case, €200 excl. VAT per intervention will be deducted from the Holder's monthly invoice and the receipt of the services will be done jointly by the CEA and the Holder.

Maintenance and support management (§9.2.3 of the CoC) including:
