The Assignment includes selecting and contracting two suppliers for the delivery of gifts: one for the Organization wide gifts and one for the individual (individual) gifts.

The following components fall within the scope of the application:

- The annual selection of the end-of-year gifts from a physical and digital offer from the Contractor (€ 45, incl. VAT per piece);

- The annual selection of other gifts that are sent organization-wide, such as Easter gifts and Sinterklaas gifts.

Within the scope of this plot are at least the following categories of gifts:

- Cadeaukaarten

-Chocolate

-Pastry

-Decoration

- Birth gifts

- Fruitmanden

- Gift sets (the assortment must contain at least Rituals)

- Brievenbusgeschenken

- Gadgets

-Book

- Alcoholic gifts
