Description:
Generation Riesling consumer events

The subject of the contract is the conception, planning, organization, application and execution as well as follow-up and evaluation of consumer events of the Generation Riesling (GR). For 13 years, the German Wine Institute (DWI) has been providing the GR with a highly-developed, young wine scene in Germany - a lively, national and international platform for furthering the success of German wines. With the consumer events of the GR, the topic of wine is to be brought closer to a young and urban target group, thereby rejuvenating the image of German wines. It can be both self-created forms of events as well as the integration of GR in existing events. The visitor of the events should have time and leisure to taste wine in a relaxed atmosphere. The aim of the events is to further promote awareness and sales of local wines, especially outside the German wine-growing regions in German urban centers.

- further development of the submitted implementation concept,

- Further development of the submitted event concepts.

Preparation and planning:

- Creation of a detailed catalog of measures including time and schedule,

- Contracts and billing.

- Selection and booking of the venue with suggestions and, if necessary, visit of various alternatives, except for events for which the location with the submitted concepts is already established:

- Organizational preparation of the event, such as B. Ordering of services, obtaining appropriate permits for the serving and the sale of wine, planning of the entire generation Riesling appearance including light and sound design, branding, decoration, technology, booking the service staff, security service, arrangements with the glass service, etc .

- The design and printing of advertising materials, such. B. flyers, tasting lists, etc. in compliance with the design guidelines of the generation Riesling (GR),

- Meetings for the preparation and execution of the events in Bodenheim and accessibility of the contractor during the contract period for inquiries about the usual office hours continuously by e-mail and telephone.

Execution of the event:

- presence of the agency on site, complete support with sufficient staff and coordination on site,

- Preparation of the venue, coordination and supervision of the construction of the entire event, or the GR appearance,

- Coordination and monitoring of the dismantling of the entire event, respectively the GR appearance and all ordered services,

- Creation, procurement and support as well as maintenance, storage, transport, installation and dismantling of equipment,

- Supervision of the Facebook and Instagram account, taking into account data protection and personal rights issues during the event, as well as its responsibility for live support and the associated community management.

Follow-up of the event, feedback and outlook

- Evaluation of the respective event, presentation of possibilities for improvement, documentation of the result after the event including all supporting documents,

- Reporting, evaluation, outlook and planning for the next year after the respective period of action

Social media

- Creation of social media plan for the planned actions / events for the existing generation Riesling Facebook and Instagram pages in coordination with the DWI and implementation of the measures taking into account the GR design guidelines.
