The subject of the contract is the performance of a transport service, i.e. transport of pupils together with a tutor of pupils to schools and kindergartens in the Czarnków Commune, carried out in the form of regular special transport, i.e. closed transport. The service is to ensure the delivery and drop-off of students and care for students during journeys, bearing in mind the safety of students, punctuality of deliveries and the shortest possible time of stay of students on the road. The service will be performed by the Contractor's rolling stock. The Contractor is obliged to adjust to the order the appropriate number and size of means of transport in order to carry out transport in accordance with the timetable and the number of transported students. The Ordering Party excludes the possibility of claims of the Contractor for incorrect calculation of the price or omission of elements necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract.
