The measure includes the renovation of the building "Entleich 6" in Bad Salzungen. Services to be awarded: Architect's services according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI, work phases: 1-4, optional or stepwise commissioning of work phases 5-9. The performance release, respectively the commissioning takes place in dependence of the granting of subsidies, a legal right on total commissioning does not exist. The assertion of additional compensation as a result of the stepwise or optional commission is excluded.
