The object of the order is a high-quality, professional LED wall with a total area of at least 3.5m x 7m for moving images display indoors, including the associated controller systems for control as well as the accessories necessary for stability, including delivery, installation and commissioning (as far as possible independently of the other lots). The screen is used to display animated or real content as a background when creating video material in the Virtual Production teaching module. Here, people and/or objects are to be filmed in front of the LED wall, so that, in combination with the displayed content, a video can be created that can be used without time-consuming post-production.

The subject of the contract is two conceptually different tracking systems that determine the position and orientation of the video camera in real time and transmit it to the rendering software for the creation of the animated content. The systems must be able to detect changes in the room by calibrating the sensors. Both systems to be offered should function independently of each other, so that the user is free to decide which system is used for production. The scope of services includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of the tracking systems (as far as possible independently of the other lots).

The object of the contract is a computer-based rendering system that generates the corresponding image and video data in real time on the basis of movement and position data from a camera from a generated virtual environment. For this purpose, professional software commonly used on the market. It includes two different PC systems, a sync generator and the additional components required for operation. The scope of services includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of the rendering system (as far as possible independently of the other lots).

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a software solution that is able to synchronously play various media content such as video, images, 3D data on various networked PC systems. It must be possible to create playlists with existing material as well as to display live content via corresponding inputs on the PC system.

The object of the order is a professional video camera with suitable interchangeable optics for recording video data in front of an LED wall, which is able to generate high-quality video images and output them via digital interface. In addition, part of this lot is the delivery of a suitable mini jib and a rolling tripod to accommodate the camera. The scope of services includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of the camera including accessories (as far as possible independently of the other lots).

The subject of the contract is a commissioning service that includes the integration of an LED wall into a PC-based virtual production set. Other components include the establishment of a virtual production environment, the calibration and coordination of the components from lots 1 to 5 as well as the instruction and training of some university employees who could be considered as users of the system.
