1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 up to 2 991 collection points (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 44 392.18 MWh, of which:

1) For premises and facilities – tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the contract) – 20 519,58 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ;

2) For premises and facilities – tariff group B (Part 2 of the contract) – 9 381.08 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the SWZ;

3) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 3 of the contract) – 14 491.52 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1c of the SWZ, whereby the contractor should take into account the possible fluctuation in consumption, which in the case of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzowie Wielkopolski Sp. z o.o. may amount to (+/-)20%.

2. The Ordering Party Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzowie Wielkopolski Sp. z o.o. provides for the right of option – it concerns part 2 of the contract. A detailed description of the options in Chapter III.2.

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 20 519.58 MWh, of which:

Zone I 12 415MWh

Zone II 8 104,58MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, details of delivery dates for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".

2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.

3. Estimated electricity consumption / basic order / during the term of the contract

9,381.08 MWh, of which:

Zone I 2 140,59 MWh

Zone II 1 600,78 MWh

Strefa III 5 639,71 MWh

4. Right of option - Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzowie Wielkopolski Sp. z o.o.

1) The Ordering Party reserves the right to:

a) increase the number of points (by a maximum of 4 PPE)

or

b) increasing the number of points by 3 PPE and increasing the consumption of electricity in the facility 590310600026863810

as a result, there may be an increase in the amount of electricity consumed by 577.00 MWh, and taking into account the possible fluctuation in consumption at the level of (+/-) 20% - the maximum consumption under the option will be 692.40 MWh.

The use of the option depends on the entry into operation of the charging station for electric vehicles.

2) The contracting authority will exercise the option by submitting to the contractor, no later than 25 days before the expected date of commencement of deliveries, a Statement on the exercise of the right and specifying the scope of the option (indication of the number of collection points and volume) signed by the authorized person. The statement will be submitted in writing or in electronic form (electronic form with a qualified signature) to the contractor's address or e-mail address indicated in the Electricity Sales Agreement.

3) The planned date of commencement of deliveries under the option – 01.01.2023.

4) The conditions for exercising the option right are described in Appendix No. 8a to THE SWZ (draft provisions of the electricity sale agreement - Miejski Zakład Komunikacji w Gorzowie Wielkopolski Sp. z o.o.).

3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period of 14 491,52 MWh, of which:

Zone I 13 360,02 MWh

Zone II 1 131,50 MWh

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023, provided that the details of delivery dates (start and end) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1c to swz column "Delivery period".
