1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of educational kits constituting awards in IT regional competitions, League and Nationwide Finals as part of the implementation of the CMI project.

2. The item of the order is divided into 3 parts:

2.1.2 Part 1 of the order - Delivery of educational kits constituting awards in IT regional professions. Each Partner shall enter into separate agreements arising from this proceeding. Furthermore, the obligations of the Contracting Authority and Partners in relation to the contract contractor selected in the tender will not be solidarity and will be solely the obligations of the individual entities of this proceeding.

2.1.2. Part 2 of the order - Delivery of educational kits constituting prizes in League competition.

2.1.3. Part 3 of the order - Delivery of educational kits constituting awards in IT finals nationwide.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided by Annexes No 1.1., 1.2., 1.3. to the SWZ.

1) Delivery of educational kits constituting awards in regional IT professions. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex No 1.1 to SWZ. Part 1 includes sets No. 1, 2, 3.

2) Each of the Partners shall enter into separate agreements arising from this proceeding. Furthermore, the obligations of the Contracting Authority and Partners in relation to the contract contractor selected in the tender will not be solidarity and will be solely the obligations of the individual entities of this proceeding.

3) (a) 70 pieces from each of the sets no. 1, 2, 3, indicated in the assortment and price form number 3.1 (total 210 sets), the Contractor shall deliver within the time limit indicated in the offer to up to 91 locations in Poland. The number of locations is the total quantity for deliveries to all Partners. When the Partners' contracts are signed, the number of these locations will be divided into each of the Partners accordingly.

(b) 70 pieces from each of the sets no 1, 2, 3, indicated in the assortment and price form number 3.1 (total 210 sets), the Contractor shall deliver within the time limit indicated in the offer to the headquarters of the Leading Partner and then, in 2023, deliver them from the Head Partner's headquarters up to a maximum of 90 location in Poland.

1) Delivery of educational kits constituting prizes in League competition. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is Annex 1.2 to SWZ. Part 2 includes set No. 4.

(a) 18 pieces of sets no. 4, indicated in the assortment and price form no. 3.2, the Contractor shall deliver within the period indicated in the offer to up to 10 locations in Poland.

(b) 18 pcs of sets No. 4, indicated in the assortment and price form No 3.2, the Contractor will deliver within the period indicated in the offer to the headquarters of the Leading Partner, and then, in 2023, will deliver them from the headquarters of the Leading Partner to up to 9 locations in Poland.

1) Delivery of educational kits constituting awards in IT finals nationwide. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex No 1.3 to SWZ. Part 3 consists of sets No. 5, 6, 7, 8.

(a) 16 pcs of sets no. 5, 18 pcs of sets no. 6, 19 pcs of sets no. 7, 47 pcs of sets no. 8, indicated in the assortment and price form no. 3.3., the Contractor shall deliver within the time limit indicated in the offer to up to 37 locations in Poland.

b) the other sets of Parts 3 The Contractor will deliver within the time limit indicated in the offer to the headquarters of the Leading Partner and then, in 2023, will deliver them from the headquarters of the Leading Partner to a maximum of 36 locations in Poland.
