The 2 lots concerned within the meaning of Article R. 4532-1 of the Labor Code, insofar as neither the rhythm of the operations can be precisely determined, nor their importance, nor the quantity of operations, recourse to the purchase orders (Article L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code) with the initial duration of the market (12 months):

- lot 1: without minimum amount and with a maximum of EUR 600 000 excluding tax,

- lot 2: without minimum amount and with a maximum of 150 000 EUR excl.

BC notified as and when required. Final amount of the contract will depend on the number of services actually performed.
