Building Services (M&E) engineering services for additional accommodation at Scoil Eoin Naofa, Roscrea. Scoil Eoin Naofa is a primary school under the trusteeship of the Diocese of Killaloe.

In summary, the project will comprise:

Section A:

• 2 classrooms: 80 m2 each;

• 1 SET Room: 15 m2.

Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of: 224 m2.

Section B

• 1 Classroom SEN Base 167 m2;

• Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 213.8 m2.

Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls, stairs and lift) of 557.8 m2.

Also:

• secure hard and soft play area 200 m2;

• Sensory garden 100 m2;

• 6 parking spaces.

• consultants are requested to note that, as per the project brief, the design team will be required to explore all possibilities (including the options mentioned in the brief).
