Rental of refrigerated vehicles for the transport of foodstuffs.

The public contract is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. He is not renewable. The hiring of the vehicles will not be able to execute beyond these 4 years. The consultation will result in a framework agreement, in accordance with Article R. 2162-1 of the Public Order Code. This framework agreement will have the following characteristics:

- he will be one-off,

- it will be concluded without minimum and maximum, in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 3º of the code of the public order,

- it will be executed as and when issuing purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
