The contract works consist of construction of five new toll rings in Town Package Nord-Jæren Toll Stations. The toll stations will be set up so that they build rings toward Stavanger and central Sandnes, Forus and the airport. Bypakken.no shows and approximate overview of the placement of the new toll stations.
The toll stations shall bring in money for the major expansion projects in the region during the next 15 years.
The work involve construction of 38 new toll stations, and demolition of 21 existing toll stations. Some of the existing toll stations shall be replaced with new toll stations, and must be in operation right up until the new ones are operative.
Municipal distribution: 16 new toll stations shall be built in Stavanger, seven in Sola and 15 in Sandnes kommune.
In connection with the establishment of the toll rings, there are regulated 5 road closures in Stavanger kommune and 2 in Sandnes kommune. These works are included in this contract.
In the tender documentation, location clarification is used for each toll station in chapter D1 description. Joint costs, general costs for all locations are combined in location 001 General Works.
This contract also contains construction site administration and progress control for the Road Verge Equipment-contract. These works will be published at the time, the contractor is therefore unknown. See chapter C2 point 4.
After signing of the contract there is a period of four month for ordering of materials, collaboration with the road verge equipment contract and minor works. Construction of the toll station can basically not begin before the four months have passed. See chapter C2 point 15.20.
