The development of this historic grade 2 listed monument with the introduction of a new building pod to provide storage, toilet and a servery to assist in the interpretation of the Old Tower and the site. To carry out essential repairs to the roof, internal stone repairs and some external stone repairs. To provide upgraded and some new paths to assist in movement of the public around the site. It will be an invited tender from those who can demonstrate their experience of working on historic buildings and with the ability of high craftsmanship in timber and with a proven record of good health and safety procedures and records on file.

The contract will be a JCT Form of Contract Intermediate Form 2011 with approximately 4 weeks to tender from late October 2016.
